"The worst insurance agent I ve ever had. Not responsive not empathic never gives any explanations for premium increases. Recenty cancelled my home insurance with no explanation. Refused to ask State Farm for reconsideration. Because I still have a pending claim with her agency I am unable to get liability coverage on my new insurance. It has been over a year and claim is still not settled. Weaver has done nothing to help me. She just increased my auto premium to $395 A MONTH. No explanation. I so not recommend this agent."

"The worst representation of state farm I have ever seen. Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Everyone I have delt with there is very friendly and polite but none of them are able to answer basic policy and price questions. Everyone there seems to tell you something different and most of the time information is incorrect. I overpaid massively on insurance with this representative for too long. If you go with statefarm don't go through Beth Weaver."

"I have had nothing, but excellent service from this office. When our house had water damage, they were always there for us and supported us when we had trouble with the contractor. Beth Weaver was very knowledgeable about the different policies and what would work for us. If we left a message, we always got a call back."
